Privacy notice
How we process the personal data of people who visit refingo.it and of people who write to us through the «Let's talk» form. This notice is provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the «GDPR»). The Italian version is the reference text.
1. Who the controller is
REFINGO S.r.l., Via Capitolo 7, 88046 Lamezia Terme (CZ), Italy, VAT no. IT04084750795, registered with the Catanzaro Companies Register under no. 04084750795, REA CZ-234007.

2. What data we process
Data you send us through the contact form
Name, email address, company (optional), estimated budget (optional), the type of project and the text of your message. Together with the message we record the IP address and browser it was sent from, to protect ourselves against spam and abuse.
Browsing data
Like any website, the server hosting refingo.it automatically records some technical data about requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). We need it to run and protect the site and to investigate faults; we do not use it to identify visitors.
The site's fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server: when you visit refingo.it your browser does not contact any third-party service. We use no analytics or profiling tools.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and, if you ask, prepare a proposal or a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Site security and abuse prevention (browsing data, and the IP and browser linked to messages). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing, and we never sell it or pass it on to anyone.
4. Do you have to provide it?
No. But without your name, email and message we cannot reply, which is why those fields are required. Company and budget are optional.
5. Who sees it
The partners and staff of Refingo who handle requests, who are authorised and bound by confidentiality. The provider of the server hosting the site and the email provider (Aruba S.p.A., with servers in Italy) through which we are notified of each new message process it on our behalf, as processors. The data is stored on servers in the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: for as long as needed to handle the request. If no working relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months of the last contact; if one does, we keep them for the duration of the relationship and for the legal obligations arising from it.
- Browsing data: for a short period, as long as needed for security and fault diagnosis, unless it is needed to establish an abuse.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent whenever you like, without affecting processing carried out before. Just email info@refingo.it: we reply within one month.
If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

9. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
