A software house in Lamezia Terme, for Calabria and beyond.
We are a Calabrian software house based in Lamezia Terme, Italy. We build custom software, SaaS platforms, websites and apps for companies, professionals and communities: close by when you need to meet, working anywhere when the job is remote.
Who we are
Refingo is a limited company founded by four partners, each with a clear role:
- Simon Pulicicchio, CEO: general management and key accounts.
- Francesco Dattilo, CTO: technical direction and application architecture.
- Roberto Benanti, COO: project management, timelines and client relationships.
- Attilio Ferrise, CSO: sales and marketing.
Around them, the team that builds the projects every day. We develop both for clients and our own products, with code and components written in-house.
What we do for local businesses
Custom software and management systems
Tools built around the way you work, instead of spreadsheets and programs that don't talk to each other.
AI for business
Process automation and assistants over your documents, introduced one step at a time.
SaaS platforms
To turn know-how into a subscription product.
Websites and apps
Websites for shops, associations and local organisations, and apps that work from a smartphone.
Why a software house in Calabria
Working with someone nearby has practical advantages: you can meet in person when a decision matters, we know the area, its businesses and local opportunities, and we speak the same language, and not only literally.
At the same time, our tools and methods are those of any modern software house: we work with clients all over Italy, remotely, with frequent releases and visible progress.
